After a situation like Covid-19 which left both physical and mental effect on our lifestyles. We all are trying to get back to the phase which suits our lifestyle. We might be facing common issues relating to our health and have been trying really hard to get back on the healthy track.

Here are some questions that arise after spending months in quarantined.

How to get back a healthy lifestyle after Covid-19 pandemic?

What food to consume which benefits our physical and mental state in the best way possible after lockdown?

The answer is simple. It’s all about eating a balanced diet and exercise daily.

A healthy diet and exercise can improve our digestive system and it will lead to taking out our stress and anxiety. So to improve our lifestyle in a healthy way we need a diet plan that is not only propitious for our physical health but also boosts our mental health.

Here is some food that will improve our mental and physical health.

  1. Eat Rich Protein Foods

Eggs, meat (beef, chicken, fish) and nuts are the best source of protein that helps in building muscles tissues without gaining extra weight because it doesn’t have trans fats and easily digestible in your stomach and improves metabolism.

2. Drink Milk

Milk provides a rich source of calcium which is an essential nutrient for strong bones and teeth, muscle movement, and nerve signals. Health authorities recommend getting enough calcium to help prevent bone fractures, osteoporosis and muscles tissue damage.

3. Eat Fruits and Vegetables

Digestive issues are common these days because of an on-going hectic lifestyle or in normal situations as well. Fruits and vegetables possessed vitamin, minerals and a small amount of citrus that can help you to improve your digestive system.

4. Avoid processed junk food

Processed junk food is extremely unhealthy. Junk foods have been made to trick your mind with pleasure and convince you to overeat which can ultimately gain your weight.

5.  Exercise

Last but not least ‘Exercise’. Regular exercise can improve your physical strength and boots metabolism. Exercising daily provides assistance to oxygen and nutrients that bring your body energy to perform daily tasks effectively.
